Find your school's schedule
How to look up games, print a schedule, and keep your calendar up to date automatically.
Every Pinellas County school's athletic schedule is on the Parents Portal — no account, no sign-in. The most useful thing on the page is the last step below: subscribe once, and your calendar keeps itself up to date as games are added or changed.
On the portal, start typing your school's name in Search Your School. The schedule appears as soon as you pick one — everything on the page is for that school.
Both home and away games are included, so this is your child's full schedule, not just what's played at home.
Use Filter by Sport and Filter by Season. Both lists only show what your school actually has games in, so you won't pick a combination that turns up empty.
The portal shows the current school year — fall, winter and spring. Games already played stay on the page, so you can look back over the season.
Four ways to read the same schedule: Grid, Compact, List, and Calendar for a month-at-a-glance view.
Select any game for the details — date, start time, venue, what kind of event it is, and a Get Directions link that opens your maps app. For a meet with several schools, you'll also see everyone taking part and which school is hosting.
Export Flyer produces a printable schedule of exactly what's on screen — so filter to your sport first, then export, and you'll get just that team's games.
Subscribe to Schedule adds the schedule to the calendar app you already use. Choose a single sport first if you only want one team's games.
- Google Calendar — best on Android and Chrome.
- Apple / Outlook — best on iPhone, Mac and Outlook desktop.
- Copy the link — for any other calendar app.
This is a live subscription, not a one-time download. Games added, moved or cancelled later update in your calendar on their own — you don't need to come back and do this again.
A game is missing, or the details look wrong? Contact your school's athletic office. Schedules are entered and published by each school — nobody else can correct them, and the portal only ever shows what your school has published.
